Proofs

Every order starts with a proof. Production begins only after you approve it, so please check spelling, dates and colours carefully. Printed colours can vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Your artwork

By sending us a logo, photo or other artwork, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. We won’t print trademarks or copyrighted material that you don’t have the rights to, including professional sports team logos.

Timing

About 4 weeks from proof approval to finished bags. Dates we give are estimates; if you have a firm event date, tell us when you order and we’ll confirm whether we can meet it.

Custom goods

Because every set is made to order with your design, approved orders can’t be cancelled once production starts, and custom bags can’t be returned unless they arrive defective or differ from your approved proof. If something is wrong, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
