Privacy policy

What we collect

When you use our contact or design forms, we collect what you type in (your name, email, optional phone number, city and province, and your design details) and any files you attach, such as a logo or photo. We don’t store your IP address or browser details with your message.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, design your bags, prepare a quote and fulfil your order. We may share your request with the production partner that prints and sews your bags. We never sell your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Your files

Logos and photos you upload are visible only to our team. We use them only for your order and delete them on request.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It sets cookies and records page visits and general location and device information in aggregate; we don’t send it your name, email or anything you type into our forms. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Use the contact page and we’ll take care of it.
